I'm a virtual assistant and I have two clients that have older subscription email list. The only way I know to clean them up is to blast to them and remove bounced, and opt outs. I did this with one client and smtp.com shut down my account. Is there an annonymous way to send a one time blast just to clean up the list? I already own sendblaster software and I enjoy it- but I'm starting to think it was a waste of money if I can't use it without getting my server shut down. Isn't there a way people can be their own SMTP server without having to pay another company for that service?
Also, is there an on-demand tech service out there that can help me whenever I have these types of questions- or other tech releated issues?

Hi, first of all. This is is no way intended for malicious use, I am merely using it to test a viral type marketing idea with some friends.
If I change the display name and email address under tools in my email program, how do I receive replies back from them? Is there any way to relay their replies back to me? Thanks for your help!

I am looking to do some email marketing. Opt-in, of course. We are a printing company and have the full Adobe Creative Suite. I wondered if anybody knew if we could use that to create mass email with embedded text and graphics along the line of an html email. If you can advise me I would definitely appreciate it.
Thanks, Fatty
Now I know that at least I can do the design work in Adobe. Can I use Act! 2006 to send the emails or do I need to get outside help to accomplish what I am trying to do? Thanks for your help, except that first guy who ******.

I know there are programs to sign up for, but I would only want to sign up if I were doing mass emails. In a case where I won't be doing more than 50 emails a day, do I build my campaign from a web-authoring tool or something? Then copy and paste it into the email? Not very sure how this works…

I want to move from my current email provider (Constant Contact) as l feel that they are not fulfilling my business needs.
I need to know what email marketing site would be most suited for my company to:
- Send out up to 25,000 emails a month
- Allow for me to segment and target my email database by individual user interest
- Advanced bounce handling facility
- Advanced anti-spam reporting
- Whitelisted with major ISPs
- Ability to add dynamic content
- Safe to use in the UK without any restrictions/issues
- API (would be useful but not required)
I am looking for a UK-Based company.

I have a sight built in dreamweaver (not that I am very good with dreamweaver) but I can't figure out how to add an opt in mailing list. I simply need a field for first names and a field for an email address. Any pointers? Thanks for your help! Carolyn@thelandofquotes.com

I get e-mails from nine west pretty regularly even though I never specifically signed up for their mailing list. I have followed the link to opt-out of it several times and completed all their instructions. The first time I did this was many months ago. They said it could sometimes take a few weeks to get me off the list but this is getting ridiculous.
How can I get them to stop?!?
