How do I rent or seall an email list?

I can't seem to get anywhere. Help please?

You want to find a list broker. They take care of all the work and then send you a check for your profits. They spend their time and energy trying to get their clients to rent your list.
Find a local direct mail service (mailing house) in your area and ask them what list brokers they work with. Most likely they'll deal in mailing lists, but they'll know who handles e-mail lists.
Another option is to contact a dog magazine. Ask who their list broker is. Talk to them about whether they rent e-mail lists.

If you are the one who compiled the list…then you can sell it…if you obtained the list or its parts from another party…you cannot sell the list.
