You best bet would probably be to join something like myspace. It allows you to message millions of people without e-mail addresses, and spam filters.

If you start it right at the begining when you are launching your IM business, so much the better.

There are several options available - some are fantastic, many are outright useless. When choosing a solution, also make sure that it does not have a price attached for per e-mail or per month. This can add up heavily as your business grows.

I use a software that is easy to use, support is fantastic (you need it when you are new at it) and I use it for ALL my IM businesses with just one-time purchase.
