Best Bulk Email Servers?
We have a few hundred thousand people subscribed to our newsletters that we send out weekly. I've been having problems with blocks from ISP's and recently got on the spamhaus list. These are all opt-in lists with unsubscribe links. The software we are using now has lots of bugs and not many features. Please suggest software (not a service) that is good for managing multiple newsletters and has features that would be helpfull with deliverability.

Simply purchasing software won't help. You need to get certified by a whitelisting/deliverability service like SenderScoreCertified or SuretyMail that works with all the major ISP to ensure deliverabilty. This is why so many people use a email newsletter service like because they have already taken all the steps to ensure your emails go through and they're only $49/mo. for 100,000 subscribers and unlimted email/autoresponders/webforms. Getting certified by any of the deliverability services is costly.
