Did I send a virus with an email attachment? AVG said no virus found?

The recipient of my email said that at the top, this was written:" Warning: This message has had one or more attachments removed….Please read the "opt/Fortress/engine/etc/reportsFSL/Attachmen-Warning.txt attachments for more information"

When she opened that attachment, it said "The original email attachment is on the list of unacceptable attachments for this site and has been replaced by this warning message".

A couple paragraphs later it said, " The virus scanner said "MailScanner: Eudora*.Ink security hole attack"

The attachment that I sent was a page I wrote on WordPerfect. AdAware also showed no critical objects.
So what is going on, and what's my next move? And most important, could I have sent a virus with that attachment? I'll make sure the recipient runs her antivirus program.

It seems like you may have sent a worm…or there is some sort of error.
